Had this on tap while visiting Twains...overall pretty good..

A - A nice deep amber to copper color with a white head that was thin and left a little lace at the top of the glass.

S - A little thin on smell...but it had a slight aroma that was nutty and malty with a hint of piney hops

T/M - Not bad...a little thin on the feel but overall pretty good..nice malty start and then it finishes with a nice hoppy bite and a little dry...

D - I could certainly put down several pints if I had the time..it was an enjoyable brew

This had a nice aroma of sour malts and floral hops. Color was coppery and clear. The first few sips were bitter and sour, classic ESB profile but maybe a little overdone. The malt flavors were not very complex or lingering - perhaps drowned out by the bittering hops. It was a good beer to have with my sandwich, but I'll probably try something else there next time.

Poured a classic copper color with a fine bubbled head. The aroma is nutty and a little sour. The taste is a little thin, a little sour, but mostly dry and with classic ESB flavors. The mouthfeel is a little sticky, especially for an ESB. Could have been dryer or creamier. Only so-so drinkability. Their was a little sour aftertaste that left the mouth feeling a little coated and tired the palate. Not quite what I'm looking for in an ESB, hopefully these problems are temporary. Not terrible by any means, but there are better beers here.
