On ta[ at the brewpub.
Lovely red-brown color with good clarity. The head is neither large nor durable but leaves patterned lacing.
Lightly sweet, malty aroma with some hop presence. The flavor (approaches 3.75) follows. Lingering mild bitterness and light, spicy hops.
Feel: near medium body with medium carbonation.

Appearance: Golden-amber body in hue, fairly clear, with a slight, white head depositing a light lacing on the descent.
Smell: Earthy, floral, faintly lemon-hinted hops ahead of the toasty, caramelly malts.
Taste: Toasted breadcrusts with a likable caramelized element to it. Medium-light sweetness. Earthy, lemony, lightly herbal hops with a moderate amount of bitterness. Drying, floral-lemon finish with still a slight undertone of earthiness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied (barely). Medium carbonation.
Overall: A pleasing, balanced, refreshing amber ale.
