Served on-tap at the Sturges Speakeasy.
A - Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a nice one and a half finger tall white head, slowly dissipating down to a light film, leaving small streaks of lace down the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of pungent galaxy hops, citric fruit zest, fresh cut grass, and a bit of breadiness from the pils malt and wheat. The hops really come through strong, just as they should.
T - Starts off with some strong galaxy hop bitterness quickly being joined by the grass, juicy fruit zest and light breadiness. Finish is pretty bitter but it doesn't desiccate the palate, only lingering for a little while after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, easy drinking feel with plenty of hop bitterness at the end of each sip.
O - A very nice galaxy IPA. It packs a lot of flavor into a small package while still remaining quite drinkable. Glad I got to try it after missing it at the brewery.

I had this on tap at Tröegs Brewing Company, served in a large wheat type pint glass.
The color is brilliant golden with light hazed until halfway down with thick rocky eggshell cap with fine bead. Copius lace clings to the glass and retention is very good. The smell has a familiar tropical aroma of Galaxy hops with slight grassy/herbal odors and mild melon and hints of vinous esters come through. The feel is very good, for having only around 40 ibus it is smooth in bitterness and mildly sweet with gentle alcohol and mostly dry in the finish.
This is a tasty Pale, IPA or whatever you may call it, it has a moderately high amount of Galaxy hop flavor which is dank, floral and fruity with tropical and slightly vegetal yet has a berry/white grape element that makes it interesting. The flavor is subdued for an American IPA but quaffable with mild malt sweetness and nice clean dry finish. Overall this is a very drinkable ale, nice hop flavor and pretty smooth it straddles the line between American Pale and IPA with nice display of Galaxy in the taste.
