A- Thick tan head on a muddy brown body.
S- Some grass hops, chocolate, and roasted malts. Pretty bland aroma. The hops do stand out more so than malt IMO.
T- Really hoppy for a porter first off. Chocolate, roasted malts, a lot of bittering hops but not really strong in the flavor. Dry bitterness in the aftertaste with a blend of light roasted flavors, and some coffee. Really nice and interesting flavor to it.
M- Medium with low carbonation. A light silk feel to it.
D- I think this is a really tasty beer and a nice different flavor. I would enjoy some more of these (hints to Todd1 who hooked me up with this bottle in the first place). If I could find this hear I think I would have quite a few 6-packs of it.
