Served in a tulip glass, poured from a 12 oz. bottle.
A - A sunny golden yellow. Could be lighter than Hoegaarden. Must do a comparison sometime. Head is fluffy and quickly dissipating, but leaves good lacing.
S - Bright lemon and wheat. Good, but not very complex.
T - Clean and decently hoppy, with the citrus still intact. a little more bitter than I was expecting though.
M - Light and fizzy, but in a good way. Not those disgusting soda-like bubbles of BMC beers, but finer carbonation. Good for pilsener.
D - Very drinkable. I could definitely session a few of these.
Overall - A nice one that I think will be even better when the summer months come around. Will have to buy some more and have it on a hot day.
