Thank you G311 for the bottle. You are THE man VInce.
NIce thick frothy dome over a maroon brew.(exact color of the bottle)
Smell is of citrus and leafy hops, sticky sweet malts.
The flavor is hop forward, citrusy. Cherries assorted candied fruits and a big malt backround makes a nice canvas for lingering hops. Heat from the alcohol becomes more and more appearant. While I like my hops, this one is a bit too hot. I am willing to bet it will be better with age. This bottle is quite fresh.
The body is thinner than expected with a smooth texture and okay carbonation. The lack of body(for style) adds drinkability, but when I am drinking an American BW 'drinkability' is not a quality I am looking for, I want a beast of a sipper!
