a - cool bottle. Is this a Harry Potter thing? Dark amber, slight haze, thin head that seems quite sticky.
s - it's really hoppy, and still cold. Some malt backbone but mainly spicy, piney hops.
t - My palatte is a bit dulled (cold) but there is some hop bitterness and alcohol, with a background of chocolate or dark (but not over-roasted) sweet-ish grains. I get the feeling it's in between fresh and aged - lost some of the cutting aromatic hops but not aged away to fine malts. A strange mix of hops and dark (crystal?) malts.
m - agressively bitter without much relief coming from sweetness. Not unpleasant though!
d - it's good, and pleasant. Definately like it but didn't blow me away. I do have a slight cold, however.
