Had on a couple on draft yesterday at the Deer Lake Pub, Deer Lake, PA. Standard pint glass.

First off, I forgot to specify non-frosted glass, so had to clear off the glass and let in warm up just a little. 2nd time around, got it right. This place is relatively new with craft beers. The beer itself is cold enough, no need for a frosted. They'll learn.

Pint was clear golden yellow, nice foamy white head. The head retains, although only as a light film. However, the lacing is quite thick, and sticks to the side of the glass all the way down.

Smell was clear clean fruity sweey hops. Love it.

Taste was the same, sweety fruity hops.

Mouth is clean, medium, nice tingly hops around the side of the tongue .

Overall, this is an excellent IPA. Brewery only an hour or so away, so likely very fresh. Great summertime IPA. Definitely recoommended.

Reviewing from a 5/29/13 bottle.

Pours out straw yellow with a good foamy head that really retains itself.

Smell is of light hops but nothing notable.

Taste offers a good light flow with a decent amount of hops. A very refreshing brew that is smooth and crisp. Nothing overpowering but supper fresh and easy.

Date tasted: July 26, 2013 ... Glassware: Maudite snifter... Occasion: more camp IPA talk leads to another IPA... Appearance: hazy peach-orange body with a creamsicle-inspiring white head that laces diligently and thins attractively... Aroma: powerful citrus flavors--peach/grapefruit one-two punch with bright hops uplifting the scent... Palate: mouth-expanding, pine cone missile-sized presence makes this a worthwhile sip, while the alcohol is comfortably tucked away...Taste: shockingly mellow, deliciously balanced; more sour than sweet, with the puckering nature being fully realized late in the glass...Overall: Came as a gift from brother Jer and the golf weekend (nice!), as well as a high recommendation from Mount Pocono Beverage's associate...two beers later, and I am still aftertasting the pleasure of this beer's hops cascade; tremendously drinkable at 7.5% ABV, with the "I'm Superman" vibe in effect after the beer is finished; another fine IPA that can fairly be in the discussion of the genre's top 25...

I like this beer a ton. It's slightly better than Torpedo, better than Nugget Nectar and it's cheap and available all year round.

A: Golden clear, white head that is present but not annoyingly persistent. Laces more than it tastes like it would.

S: Stonefruit, nectar, Pine, citrus, pineapple, just a touch of malt. Free of fermentation aroma.

T: Nice honeyed hop sensation, with balanced bitterness and aggressive aroma and flavor.

M: Drier than many east coast beers, and surprisingly so compared to its lacing. Fun to drink.

O: Happy to have it anytime. I actually like this one better in bottles. I would kill to get it in cans.
