I had this beer at the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant in Manayunk, PA. It came in a pint glass.
Appearance: The body is a light clear amber color. The head is a dark eggshell color, two fingers tall, has good retention, little lacing and tiny bubbles.
Smell: The aromas are citrus heavy, orange and grapefruit.
Taste: The flavors are orange, honey and jasmine.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is crisp with a full body.
Drinkability: This beer is very drinkable.
Don't drink and review.

Had this at Jamison Pourhouse and was a great choic on my part.
Drinks kinda like a WCIPA with intensely bold hops in the taste and aroma.
It was clear amber in color with an off white head, pretty tall too. The head was dense and fluffy and left lacing around the glass.
Smells of sweet fruits like pineapples with some bold citrus notes. Overwelmed any malts that maybe in there.
The taste was excellent. The hops were big and bold, wet and fresh. I could taste some tangy citrus fruits and sweet caramel malts. Even as bold as the hops are malts are nicely present.
Drinks smooth on the palate with some bitterness at the end.
It's been a while since I've had anything from Manayunk Brewing and this was a great surprize and really enjoyable to drink.

On cask, via gravity fed firkin, @ the 2011 Philadelphia Real Ale Invitational (Yards Brewing in Philadelphia, PA) on 3/20/11. Served in a tasting glass.

Pours a slightly hazed copper, with a soapy bright white head. This retains with some richness but sever really does elevate about that soapy look. The aroma smells sweet up front, with notes of honey, tropical fruit, biscuits and touch of caramelized sugars. Hops are confined to more of the back of the nose but still bring it fairly strong with a floral, leafy, and citric feel.

Much like the nose, the taste is tangier up front with honeyed sweetness, some flat toasted grains, and a touch of ripe sugary fruit. This quickly comes to a screeching halt however, as aggressive bitterness just blasts the backend of the profile and leaves a bit of an unappetizing raw veggie feel in its wake that lingers strongly. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and while initially sharp on the tongue, this eventually spreads out into the mouth with a creamier feel. This does however feel a thin on the sides at times. Alcohol is relatively well concealed here for a 7% beer but the light warmth that is present helps pop that harsh bitterness to an unnecessary degree.

This was another one here at the fest, which while I initially liked what was going on with the honey, fruit, and malts, that unleashed hop bitterness via the cask just go to be too coarse on the palate for this to be enjoyable. I'd be willing to check this out on draft down the line but this was just too much take at times.

On tap at Drafting Room, 3/6/11

A-crystal clear medium amber with a thin white head and no lacing.

S-caramel malt sweetness with a rather light hoppiness.

T-very nice. Starts with a medium caramel and light roastiness, nicely sweet. Citrus hops in the finish, but not overwhelming.

M-medium bodied with crisp carbonation and nice driness.

D-very nicely drinkable.

The honey character is very understated but very nice.

I honey IPA. people are saying this is going fast. It is an interesting brew,
Pours a nice amber. In my mug - has a nice bone color head, in a glass....not so much (not sure why). Citrusy, grassy nose.
1st taste is snappy. Citrus and a little peppery bite. Little malt to follow, with a sweetness from the honey. Kind of chewy mouthfeel. I mean you're not going to chug this down non-stop, but it is a nice, different IPA, and it goes good with an 84 degree day
