A blend of Bravo, Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hops give this beer a crisp, hoppy flavor. Dry hopping with Centennial gives this beer a beautiful aroma of citrus notes. Balanced but complex, this beer is a refreshing brew.

Poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-cloudy golden bronzed color with a slim cap of a little white foamy head. Stiffly slid off to leave some light lace, here and there.
The aroma had some citrus, herbal and floral hops up front but somewhat mild. Slight grassiness and some clean biscuity malts.
The flavor mildly blended the prior aromatic notes. Somewhat sweet with a substantial underscore of muted hop bitterness. Somewhat of a bite of bitter hops in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Bitter hoppy bite in the finish.
Overall, pretty good as a normal American styled IPA, full in it's bitterness but sly in it's crushability. Perhaps again.

Purchased a 6-pack of cans dated 06.08.18 at a reasonable price. Poured hard into a pint glass with a cloudy golden color but it didn't create a head ( at least this tasting). So the lacing was weak but the hops aroma hop was very pleasing right to the end. Taste was "complex" as described and smooth to the tongue and palette but ends with a "grain" taste that must be one of the hop (still learning) varieties. THBC is one of our locals so they can be counted on for freshness This one now makes the rotation along with No Filter.

Another good find at the local supermarket. Had never seen beers from this brewery in the area - Delaware or southeastern Pennsylvania. Decided to give it a try and glad I did. Poured a cloudy Amber with a huge head. Beer drinks very dry almost metallic. It does have a malt aftertaste. Very interesting beer. This is a different IPA. More of a slow drinking. It is growing on me. Not a favorite but glad I tried.

12 oz bottle. Pours a deep gold with a huge long-lasting head of tightly packed white bubbles. Smells nice and hoppy. Very hop forward aroma. Taste is hoppy with a good malt backbone. Overall, a nice IPA for a winter evening.
