A: Pours an almost radiant golden with a touch of orange. The head never really massed to anything besides a slight white fizz. No apparent lacing.
S: The aroma is very complex. Orange/apricot tones hit me strong up front with a nutmeg lemon twist following it up. There is some other spice in there but I can quite put my finger on it.
T: The taste is just as complex but somehow nicely balanced. It follows the nose closely. Orange, nutmeg, pepper, and... coriander. That's the other spice.
M: The carbonation dances on the tongue and plays well with the acidity of the citrus.
D: I haven't had many white ales but this one seems to set the bar high up there. This was very enjoyable to drink and I encourage others to give it a try.

Bottle drank at Good Luck in Rochester, NY.
Pours a hazy golden yellow, with a half inch head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like orange, lemon, spices and yeast.
This is one of my favorite Wits I've ever tried- because they toned down the spices and yeast flavors (still there, but more subtle) and ramped up the delicate orange peel and lemon zest flavors. There's also some grassy hop flavor, wheat bitterness, fruity yeast esters, and spicing I can't distinguish. Very delicious, and goes down quite easily.
Light bodied, crisp at the front, slightly creamy at the back of each sip. Medium amount of carbonation, with the tiniest of carbonation bites.
Wit is far from my favorite styles, but this is probably my favorite of the style that I've tried.
