Poured cellar temperature into a pint glass.
Any head here is no more than a half-finger of white foam which dissipates quickly. The ale is a quite cloudy lemon straw color, with lots of sediment suspended throughout.
Its aroma is mostly of orange zest and lemon, with some spices liking nutmeg and coriander coming through. Possibly some cardamom, and maybe even a bit of mango and pineapple. There's also the always-pleasant sweet bread dough smell of the Belgian styles. Slightly musty.
Refreshing fruitiness makes the first impression on my palate, oddly reminding me of green grapes, pears, and cantaloupe more than any of the fruits I smelled.. A bit of tart lemon does show up in the middle, followed by a dry, clean finish of yeasty, bready, biscuit maltiness.
The light body and bubbly carbonation feel right on.
Subtle, light, and refreshing, but also enriched with some pleasurable complexities and eccentricities.

This is my first Japanese beer.
I poured this beer into my glass, it has a golden color body with a fizzy head.lt comes off as a slight grain aroma. The taste is spot on, it has a ginger and slight lemon flavor. It also has a nice spice to it. Mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is very drinkable.
