I had three pints of this incredibly odd but delicious dark coca cola colored brew.
The head is of a soapy and creamy froth that dwindles in a minute or two.
Taste is the main selling point, you can relate this brew to a sweeter version of Guinness, yet not as filling.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. The brew itself drinks like Milk, so be forewarned. Definitely good for the winter months season, and is a worthy find indeed.

Appearance - Dark Brown liquid with tan head
Smell - black licorice, roasted malts, cream
Taste - black licorice, roasted malts, burnt cream
Mouthfeel - medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweetness upfront, some sort of burnt sensation at the tail end, almost to the point of being acrid. Flavors lack balance and finesse
Overall - not very impressed with this one, flavors appear to be unbalanced and unrefined. Would consider trying this again on draft.
Price Point - $2/12 oz single

From 02/19/14 notes. Had on tap at Brother Jimmy's in NYC. 16oz. pour in a pint glass.
a - Pours a dark brown color with one inch of very light tan head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of cream, coffee, roasted malts, toasted malts, and light chocolate. Nice and simple but it all works well together.
t - Tastes of cream, roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, toasted malts, burnt malts, earthy notes. Taste has more cream and vanilla. Nice.
m - Medium body and low carbonation. Body is smooth and easy to drink, no heat.
o - Overall a simple but solid milk stout. Nothing mind blowing here but all the flavors work well together and it is easy to drink. Worth checking out if you like the style, and could see this being a good starter stout for some new craft beer drinkers.
