Amber maple color with pure white head. Good clarity in body and dense head. Nutty, malty, and woodsy sap, sweet aroma. Taste is sweet malt with good complexity. More biscuity than bready. Less toasted than most. Hint of chocolate and nuts. Low on hop profile.

A: Poured from the growler into a mug. Nice clear amber body with a 2-finger, fluffy, off-white head. Good splotches of lace.
S: Toasted bread and modest fruitiness.
T: Follows the nose, with toasted bread, some grainy cereal and some basic nuttiness. Predominantly on the sweet/malty side of things. Finishes clean.
M: Lightish in heft, carbonation is light.
O: An easy quaffer, good Octoberfest/Marzen.
