The beer pours a translucent light copper colour with a generous light tan head that quicklt dissipates to a thin film. The aroma is grains, caramel, floral hops and dishsoap. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is metallic grains, acidic hops, and another off-taste I can't place. Not something I will try again.

Hazy blonde in color with a small head and some carbonation. Bread smell, some yeast and somehow lemon dishwasher soap aroma. Doesn't taste hoppy at all, you taste the yeasts and the malts but the hop is subtly. You feel a little bitterness but it's nothing special.

Malt forward. Definitely on the sweet/caramel side of pale ales. Tasted a little bit like caramel/butterscotch hard candy with a mild hoppiness on the back end. Hops definitely need to be more pronounced to balance it out and make it more interesting, but tasty nonetheless.

Drank from a can at the Alexander Keith tasting room in Halifax NS.
A: Couldn't tell much from looking in the can.
S: Bready malt, some sweetness and lemon.
T: Similar to the smell. Grainy slightly floral notes start with some bready biscuit malt. There is a bit of sweetness that seems to linger into the finish that has a nice amount of lemon. Finish was fairly dry, but not overly so as some sweetness did seem to linger a bit. Ok beer.
F: Lighter, a bit thin, more drinkable than flavorful.
O: An ok beer, I expected better. Their IPA is average at best and I thought maybe they would really ramp it up with these specialty hop beers.....not so much. Still if I lived here, I could drink a few of these as they are very easy to drink but lack in the flavor department.

Alexander Keith's Celeia Hop Ale
The look of it; A lean golden color with about a finger of head. Medium carbonation.
The smell of it; Malt and sweetness.
The taste of it: Like the smell. some light touch of hops. Very light not too strong on the taste. A touch of lemon on the after taste. The finish is watery.
So overall would I recommend it ? Sure, its a refreshing beer that you can enjoy anytime.
