355ml can poured into pint glass sept5 2009
A crystal clear straw yellow with a one finger head that's gone before the second sip and leaves no lace
S sweet grains grass and very little hops, not how i expect a IPA too smell. This is however how i expect a macro lager too smell.
T This is a IPA in the same way the Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant. It's a little grassy and has a little skunk too it not very good.
M good carbonation but that's about it
D not the worst beer I've had, not worth spending money on
How they advertise this as an IPA is beyond me. It makes me sad how many people come into my beer room and tell me they like IPA's like Keith's. Please don't buy this beer it's expensive and no good. I feel sorry for all the hop heads that have bought this beer thinking they would get something worth drinking.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Purchased from LCBO for 2.35 CDN.
Appearance - clear pale golden color with a finger and a half of white head which recedes quickly and coalesces into a small white cap. Some effervescent bubbles rise from the centre of the glass.
Smell - weak grainy aroma. Some metallic mustiness in there to which is odd. Not a great smelling beer.
Taste - kinda like the nose, not much other than mild grains and a slight bit of bitterness. Really mild and pretty much an AAL crossed with and EIPA. There's just not much else there.
Mouthfeel - medium light body and soft carbonation. Would like a more lively mouthfeel.
Overall- pretty bland beer, lacking the crispness that good examples of the style usually have. I used to think this was a pretty good beer, and while inoffensive, there's not much exciting or different about this one. Still goes down easy enough on the first hot and humid day of 2014.
