A- Pours a very clear coppery color, that has tinges of red and orange in it. The head is quite nice looking too, being quite thick but it isn't dense or anything....it is an off white color. Lacing could use some work, as thin wisps of foam quickly slink back into the liquid. There appears to be heavy carbonation rising at a rapid rate too....very much like the other Hop Series brew.
S- The cascade hop aroma is noticeable, but not super powerful or anything and it is the dominant aroma as well. Behind this, I notice refreshing, slightly citrusy malt sweetness....caramel/toffee and perhaps some vanilla bean. The finish is clean and of fresh hop cones.
T- The flavors follow the aromas quite closely, with the dominant flavor being of zesty Cascade hops. There is some balancing malty sweetness noted as well, with toasty caramel or molasses tasted. The finish is clean, refreshing and mildly bitter...the bitterness lingers on the palate for awhile after the swallow.
M- Thin bodied but full of flavor and the carbonation really mellows out after ten minutes or so, providing a richer, creamy beer that almost lingers towards medium bodied. The character of the beer bursts onto the palate rather well and while refreshing, is smooth at the same time.
O- I like this one....I don't think quite as much as the other brew in this series to date, but that's my personal taste....not a reflection of the beer itself. It definitely shows a good example of the style and hop itself, is rather well balanced, the alcohol is noticeable to a very small degree but doesn't offend, and I feel this is a good summertime refresher. I would buy this again in the future and recommend anybody to give it a try!

Purchased at the LCBO $2.85 for a 473ml can served at 8deg C in a draught glass
A- Very good. Opens well and pours amber good. No head after 30sec though
S- Pretty good. Light hops and not overpowering
T- Let down. A lot more hops needed here. Nice recipe but needs more hops
M- Ok at best.
O- Not that great. Will not buy again

A. Amber with a pinkish tinge, clear flitered, no carbonation, 4 fingers o f creamy beige tinged white head.
S: Strawberries, pine, light citrus.
T: Strawberries, malt, light offal, fruity, slight herbal green quality, no real pine but some citrus.
M: Medium body, low carbonation.
O: Surprising. Wasn’t expecting strawberry or green herb, but it comes through. As a beer, not awesome, but achieves the presumed goal of displaying cascade hops.
