A: Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a pint glass. Orangy-brown in the middle with a straw/lemon colored outer. A frothy, 1-finger white head appeared with a tiny bit of lacing. Mostly opaque in its haziness.
S: Sweet flowers, tropical fruit, pine and citrus are the dominant aromas. A malty sense shines through the hop aromas, but it's there mostly for balance.
T: This beer tastes brighter and more fragrant than lots of other IPAs I've had, with a nice sweet nectary up-front flavor, and a delicately bitter hop finish. The aftertaste is deliciously juicy with a touch of dryness at the end. Notes of exotic fruit, kiwi and mango, with flowers and some citrus zest rounding it all out. Excellent flavor profile with a well-balanced and clean flavor throughout.
M: Clean, bright, crisp and wet. There is a bit of dryness at the end, but throughout the beer it feels almost quenching and juicy with a really inviting overall profile.
O: I was surprised by the flavors in this IPA. It definitely is true to the style, but not in the same dry, chewy, piney way. This IPA has something that tastes beautifully crafted, well-balanced, and refreshing. I may have a new go-to...
