Growler filled at the Flying Bison Brewery and poured to a glass of the same.
Ah, a nice summer day calls for a nice summer brew. Since this is brewed basically in my back yard making it the freshest summer brew i could get my hands on. Pours a clear clean golden pale with medium visible carbonation and a 1 finger head that gives some decent retention through out the pint. Smells of grain, earthy, slight hops, slight caramel, and slight citrus. Nice fruity malts on the tongue, juicy apples, spice, ginger, mild hops on the finish. Nice German style lager. Extremely crisp and refreshing this beer screams "lawnmower beer", light in body, and leaves the mouth dry for another sip. Overall this is pretty good, very good when very cold and hits the summer beer spot.

A: pours a deep golden color, clear and well-carbonated, only light foam which leaves only a slight ring of lacing.
S: light dry and similarly light toasty grain notes, refreshing essence
T: begins mild yet buttery, dry bitter hops present themselves through the middle, with a light dryness melding with a buttery/toasty finish.
O: smooth and refreshing, decent abv, very drinkable.

Appearance: Golden in color and clear with some light brassy hues. The head is only a finger thick before thinning out.
Aroma: Grassy, light lemon zest, grain. A bit of a dryness in the nose. Toffee, subtle caramel malts.
Taste: Lemon zest, toffee, grassy, wisps of smokiness in the tail end. The mouthfeel is very smooth with a buttery texture.
Notes: Very drinkable and great for a warm day. Cheers.
