On tap at the Boulevard Haus in Dayton. Served in an official Sohn 500mL Erdinger glass.
Appearance: Straw yellow - very hazy, with a white foam that went from the 500mL line to the top of the glass. The foam lasted a bit as did the lacing, but by the last 1/3 of the glass, it was all gone.
Smell: Wheat, raw grains, a bit musty. Not very strong though.
Taste: Refreshing with a strong grain flavor. As it warmed up I got hints of banana, but towards the end of the glass, it was more apple and juice like in taste and character. Nothing special as far as Weissbiers go.
Mouthfeel: Good amount of carbonation and very smooth. Has decent thickness to it, but still goes down smooth.
Drinkability: Went quite well with a meal and I wish I had another 250mL to further savor. Having another full glass though would have been too much.
Serving type: on-tap

Picked this up in Atlantic Beach. Not really a fan of this style, but had to give it a try. It had a great golden look, but it didn't have a great taste to match. However, I believe this would make a great dinner beer. Especially for the bargain prices you get here
