Enjoyed in London at a hotel restaurant; this was the most interesting beer on the menu. No obvious best before date. Poured from a bottle into a schooner.
A - yellow/amber in color, slightly cloudy, with a fluffy 1.5 finger head that leaves thick lacing around the glass
S - big fresh hops nose - grassy and slightly floral
T - very crisp and light, the hops profile is less than the nose would suggest, just a hint of grassy hops balanced off very late with bready malt
M - very light with velvety carbonation
D - very drinkable; would be a nice warm weather beer.
Fairly decent pale ale, but lacking a little intensity/concentration for my tastes. Very pretty bottle though!
