A: Dark beer with a thick head that lingered for a while
S: Roasted malt, alcohol, lemon and spices
T: Very nice cream soda flavor along with the roasted malt
M: Full body with good carbonation
Overall this is one of my favorite porters. Very enjoyable and not overly difficult to find.

A - Clear, translucent brown. Little, dissipating head.
S - Cereal malts, notes of chocolate, cocoa, caramel. Slight floral hop character.
T - Light roast character, bakers chocolate. Signature English water profile character - that I can only (endearingly) describe as gravelly really accentuates the roast character and the earthy hop bitterness.
M - Light, dissipating and drinkable, as a porter should.
O - It's an archetype, what more to say?
