A - big foamy white head. Some lacing. Lasting. Clear amber.
S - Dry Grain. Bready. Hint of a flowery hop aroma.
T - Balanced, dancing back and forth between dry grain and just a touch of malt sweetness. Touch of some hoppy bitterness.
M - clean and dry.
D - easily drinkable. Perfect to have a few pints with some good food. Great for it's balance and nice flavor.

A: Pours a clear medium golden yellow in color with light amounts of active visible carbonation slowly rising from the bottom of the glass and some light apricot highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall foamy off-white head that quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of mottled very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts with hints of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront the beer is slightly sweet with a moderate flavor of biscuit malts and just a touch of caramel notes in the sweetness. Hints of butter and toffee with a light note of earthy hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades pretty quickly.
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.
O: Easy to drink and sessionable. Nice complexity of flavor and definitely one to enjoy again.
