On tap at Brit's Pub in Minneapolis
A: Copper color Nice head that fell into a thin collar.
S: Slight apple scent and a little bit of some tropical fruits, smells a little sweet.
T: Nice balance of malts with a tiny hint of hops on the backend. Has a nice sweetness and tartness come through from green apples. Nothing overpowers, all blends well.
M: Medium bodied beer with minimal carbonation.
Nothing overpowering or unique here. Good beer to have at the pub, would have again but nothing too special.
Serving type: on-tap

A: Pours a clear medium golden yellow in color with light amounts of active visible carbonation slowly rising from the bottom of the glass and some light apricot highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall foamy off-white head that quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of mottled very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts with hints of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront the beer is slightly sweet with a moderate flavor of biscuit malts and just a touch of caramel notes in the sweetness. Hints of butter and toffee with a light note of earthy hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades pretty quickly.
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.
O: Easy to drink and sessionable. Nice complexity of flavor and definitely one to enjoy again.
