Smooth, soft, mellow are the words that come to mind...
Appearance: amber, no orange, looks like wood, buff head, which dissipated quickly to a thin, sticky head
Smell: malt, bread, nuts, mild roasting scents, herb/hops are restrained
Taste: medium is a complement here, maybe balance is a better word, great malty, sweet, nutty, buttery flavors, just enough hop bittering to balance, easy to drink
Mouthfeel: I would not call this full, actually it's "thinness" surprised me, again moderate is the word
Drinkability: the easiest drinking ale I've tried. If you're drinking APA's, you need to try this to see how the "mellower" half lives
Serving type: bottle
