A- Super clear, and very red. Looks artificial, like they use food coloring.
S- Lightly toasted malt, some mild caramel notes. Thin.
T&M- Very crisp but light and slick on the tongue. On the light side of medium bodied. Taste is ho-hum and not substantial. Toasted grain with thin caramel notes. Watery with slight mineral taste from the water or from filtration. Balanced and not too bitter. Pasteurized. Any flavor that was there has been taken out into the Northwoods and shot dead.
D- It is much better than most of the Macro reds but has no game for the craft variety this is styled after. Very drinkable as it doesn't offend the taste buds but there are better choices for a night out enjoying brews with friends.
Serving type: on-tap
