Poured from bottle into a pint glass.
A: Pours an amber brown with an okay head at first, but this disipates quickly and leaves minimal lacing.
S: The most apparent fragrance is the nuts with an earthy undertones. As the beer warms the malt aroma becomes more pronounced.
T: I love nut browns and this is no exception. It has a good, pleasant taste with the nut up front and a toasty and malty undertone that becomes more pronounced as the beer is allowed to warm. I've found 50*F to be a good temperature to drink at, although colder and warmer are just fine.
M: The only thing that really is present is the carbonation, which is a bit higher in this beer than others of the style. It is very light in texture.
D: Right on average for the style. This doesn't set itself above the herd, but does represent well. Being more available in the Bible Belt than some others means this is my go-to and I am not disappointed.
