Pours a crystal clear and very light amber color. Almost looks like water with a tint of food coloring. There is a ton of carbonation that creates a thin white head that has very nice retention.
A very solid smell with not a lot going on. There is a bit of a solid malt smell with a tinge of honey.
A very solid taste, but nothing really too strong going on. There is some caramel and toffee malts, but very subdued. There is a slight hinge of hops and honey that add a nice flavor to the brew.
Mouthfeel has a medium-sized thickness to it. The feel is a little more on the chewy scale, rather than being smooth.
Drinkability is probably the most appealing part of this beer. The beer has a good balance and not a lot of crazy taste, so it makes it go down fairly easy. There is more alcohol in this than most beers of this taste, so you can put down a good amount without really noticing the heat.
