Served in a chilled shaker pint glass at Finn McCool's.
Yay, a new (and cheap!) Quizzo beer! It pours a clear sunset ruby topped by a finger of ecru micro-foam. The nose comprises caramel, buttery biscuits, and what I can really only describe as toasted wheat. The taste brings more of the same, though a slight bite of rye bread sneaks in there as well. Strangely, everything falls steadily away in a diminuendo of flavor. Odd. The body is a straight medium, with a moderate carbonation and a rather dry finish. Overall, a pretty average bock all around. Better Quizzo beer than usual, though.
