Poured into a pilsner glass at 45 degrees.
Appearance:A deep copper color with a one finger head. There is a lot of carbonation in the beer. The clarity of the beer is clear. The head is slowly dissipating.
Nose: A strong toasty malt, caramel, molasses and oranges. There is a sweet aroma to the beer.
Taste: A toasty malt, with hints of caramel and molasses.
Overall: The mouth feel is a medium body. The finish is dry and not lingering. I feel that this bock is slightly bland but it is very easy to drink. Another beer from Leinenkugel that is simple and easy to drink with out a ton of flavor.
