Pours a huge frothy head with EXCELLENT retention. Color is perfect rub brown and clear.
Smell is of some caramel and aromatic malts. It's not strong, but it is very pleasant.
Taste is of some pilsener malt that has a bit of a DMS problem, but this is decently masked by some caramel malts with a touch of dark malt. Bitterness balances the sweetness.
Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy.
This beer is nicely balanced. The slight DMS problem concerns me, but at least it is decently masked here.
