A - Poured out a clear, light brown color with a tan, foamy head that had some very large bubbles. it left minimal traces of lace.
S - It smelled of caramel, roasted malt and some very subtle floral notes.
T - It tasted of caramel, sweet maltiness and slight bitter hop kick.
M - It was crisp and sharp. A light-bodied lager with a smooth finish.
D - This is an okay bock. It really doesn't have the complexity of flavors I'd like to see in a bock.
