12 ounce can. Feb 2014 (?) on the bottom of the can.
Pours dark amber w/ a reddish hue. Mocha head, frothy and staying nicely. Goes to a thicker film, and leaves some low sheeting and ample fine scattered bits of lacing.
Mild nose of some sweet malts, sugary chocolate and a hint of coffee.
Lighter on the palate then the typical porter. Notes of more milk chocolate, coffee cake and a whiff of vanilla. Not bad. Decent, lighter bodied, easy drinking and sessionable winter brew.

I've tested over a dozen porters. This is the best hands down...
This has a sweet taste, but not too sweet. Doesn't have a bitter ash trey taste like some porters and goes down smooth. The consistency between the bottle and the tap is very close as well.
