The beer pours a transparent yellowish colour & initial starts with a fairly white large head, bubbly that shrinks after a minute or so although the rest of the head lasts throughout. There is also signs of carbonation with plenty of bubbles.
Standard for the type of beer, with grainy & malty.
Again as you'd expect for a dry lager of this type. Malt & grain with a rather dry aftertaste with a hint of rice. A bitter drink, definitely not sweet.
Has a dry mouthfeel & the aftertaste leaves bubbles on the tongue which feel like they are evaporating in your mouth.
A bog standard lager beer, delivers exactly what it says; a dry pale lager. Only down sides were that it went flat quicker than I would have liked & that it wasn't exciting in any way. No doubt I'll try it again sometime in the future if the price is right.
