Appearance: Pale, clear gold brew with a fizzy white head.

Smell: Very clean brew with no standout malt or hop character. A touch of ginger is apparent.

Taste: Void of any real flavor. A brief aftertaste resembling ginger pokes its way in.

Mouthfeel: Very light body with a dry finish.

Drinkablity: Only resembles beer in its appearance. Very cheap, but not something worth spending too much time on.

Thank you Radek, and to your friend for bringing back from Japan. The aroma is ginger ale. Bubby head though quite light. A ginger taste, decent and not ginger ale. a medium or a tad below mouthfeel. Suitable carbonated. Not much hops, though it is a beer.

I had to try this one just because I love ginger ale.

Appearance - More or less has the characeristics of gingerale. Produces a tall head that's not frothy and dissipates very quickly and almost vanishes right down to the beer line.

Smell - Ahhh... I love ginger. Probably a bias but hey, it's a good point!

Taste - Pretty good when you take the first sip and then a couple gulps. After a while though, it gets a little bitey.

Mouthfeel - A little dissapointing how the ginger overpowers the feel of beer with this one. After one can, you don't feel much like having another (especially if it was a 500ml can).

Drinkability - It gets worse and worse the more you put this one down. The ginger just starts to nag at you and make you want to say "Why do I keep drinking this??".

It's interesting at first but not one you want to finish.

Pours a deep straw blonde with a three finger, white, medium-coarse head. Head lingers a few minutes, then dissipates to a thin ring. Lacing is very delicate. Aroma is strange, ginger, delicate grains, floral hops. Taste is essentially a ginger ale, sweet, slightly viscous, and the medium carbonation puts a nice touch on the beer. It's very interesting indeed, taste is very much like a ginger soda, and almost no beer flavor exists. This could be a nice primer for an evening of beer tasting, or an in-between for heavier beers, but probably not something that could be drank continuously. Still, a very tasty beer. Would definitely try again.
