Poured from tap into tulip at 1702 in Tucson. Pours a straw color with nice fizzy head that lasts. Lots of funk and tart Belgian aromas. Same for taste...nicely tart fruity Belgian yeast and grape like. Super refreshing and nicely drinkable. Nice brew...good amount of sour/tart.

Nice pale yellow-gold colour.
Mostly sweet cherry-like notes on the nose with slight oakiness. Only a hint of tang. Once you taste it some more there are some funky notes as well.
Quite sharply sour taste up front but notes of fruit and wine-like sweetness balance this nicely. The oak flavour comes in shortly afterwards and lasts through the finish. Funky flavours develop through the oak to the dry finish, balancing everything out with a slight of earthiness.
The carbonation starts with a numbing tingle that accompanies the entire experience from numblingly fizzy and sour to funky and dry.
New to sours and this one seems pretty complex but has some great flavours going on.
