Beautiful. Tart yet immensely drinkable. Great with all types of food. I keep coming back to this beer time after time and it never disappoints. In fact, as I'm writing this my mouth is water just thinking about this golden brew. Give this classic a try if you haven't already.

A - Clear pale yellow, bubbly. Abundant head settled to a thin layer with some lacing.
S - Slightly sweet but tart like a chardonnay. Fresh vegetation. Some definite clean wood and funk present, interesting. Almost a sharp cheeselike aroma.
T - Sour tartness hits hard and fast along with a white grape and apple rind, giving way to a variety of subtle complex sensations. Clean wood plank, Green pepper, lettuce, baguette crust, a sort of meaty earthyness along with a little cheese & dank earthyness too. Light apricot, fresh sourdough, lemon rind, lime leaf. Bubblegum, curry leaf and yeast flavors ramp up as it warms.
M - Dry and a little prickly with the carbonation, not unlike wood on the tongue! Finishes very clean.
O - Very interesting, likely an excellent meal compliment but definitely a conversation piece at least. Best enjoyed slowly and with friends.
