A – Typical white beer. Very light yellow, minimal head, lightly carbonated. Little lacing.

S - Citrus and spice. Mild and refined.

T - Amazing. Mild, easy drinking, and a perfect compliment with a meal- especially one containing fish. Pair it with a Tilapia, maybe a little wild rice, and you'll see what I mean.

M – Clean and dry.

D - Unbelievable. This beer is so full of flavor yet remarkably refreshing. It's not too heavy, not too light, and nearly perfectly balanced. In truth, it's probably the best white beer you can grab. Top notch.

Delightful! Like Hoegarden, but better. The most lemony beer I have ever had, framed well, with yeasty notes, and a crisp refreshing finish. Looks great too.

Appearance: large flakes and particulate matter, slightly foggy, yellow, and a stark white head.

Smell: sweetness, grains, very beery

Taste: Very smooth; almost no hops to speak of; malty and creamy; a backbone of wheat; slightly citrusy, yet no sourness or punch.

Mouthfeel: medium

Finish: Semi-dry

A bit disappointing. Too heavy on the sweet orange. Hides the yeast notes. While it is a Witt from Belgium there are better examples.

Poured from a 12oz. can into a Shocktop Wittbier glass.

The color is a clear golden/yellow with a finger of foamy white head and some very thin lacing.

The smell is mixed with a bit of funk and slight citrus aroma.

The taste is sweet with a lemon citrus flavor that has a good bready edge to it. There is a earthy flavor that holds back the citrus flavor from really getting a hold and stealing the show. The flavor seems force in on itself and before it really a chance to shine it hits a bitterness at the end and I'd gone.

The feel of this beer is light with a nice drinkable feel that goes down easy and leaves no aftertaste.
