Poured a cloudy honey color with a 2F head in a Hefeweizen glass.

Aroma: fragrant spice( clove) and fruit. Not as strong as others in the style, but quite good.

MF- piquant. not very carbonated.

Taste: wonderful transition from the aroma to the taste: very distinctive blend of the fruit tastes and spices.

The finish is also excellent. One of the better finishes in a Hefeweizen: strong clove.Enjoyable bitterness in the finish.

As the beer warms up, the flavors in the taste accentuate.

Overall: distinct from other beers in the style: excellent balance, and the fruit- clove aroma/taste is different. (610 characters)

Awesome brew! Bananas, bubble gum, smooth, easy drinking, low IBU, USDA organic, and one of the best Hefes I've ever tasted!

This is the same beer as this one:

The one in this listing is the American market version and the link above is what it is called in Germany. (337 characters)

A: Cloudy gold with a rich moussey off-white 2” foal collar that provides good lace.
S: Clove and yeast with a hint of banana.
T: Starts with bread and fruit and gets a little tart on the finish.
F: Medium full body, very creamy, above average carbonation.
O: Well balanced and easy to drink. (298 characters)
