A - very full and dark amber color with dark orange tones
S - very intensive and pleasant smell of banana and wild-rose
T - extraordinary banana start with great mixture of wild-rose and caramel and very nice carbonation and full mouthfeel ending pretty dry and not so hoppy, but the presence of yeast is awesome. Alcohol is perfectly hidden in the beer.
M - full body with brilliant carbonation
D - very drinkable, however very strong, so be careful.
This eisbock is totally great.

A: Dark maple syrup brown, cloudy, a finger of light beige head, opaque so can’t see any carbonation.
S: Very weizen like, dark fruits like dates and figs, ripe bananas, floral, black pepper, ripe banana peels, a slight fermented fruit.
T: Big weizen flavours, dark fruit, dates and figs, ripe bananas, tannic, sweet, big alcohol flavours, little bitterness. Brown sugar.
M: Thick, weighty syrupy body, medium high fine bubbled carbonation.
O: My first in this style. A strong beer that’s well done and a sipper, but very drinkable. Complex good flavours, reminiscent of a weizen.
