Go on a discovery: "Meine Hopfenweisse" - the incomparable experience of indulgent drinking, that exceeds all expectations … hoppy, but flowery, bitter and full-bodied, and still with a sweet malty aroma - this is how multifaceted wheat beer can actually be. A real delight in the special Schneider way! And when it comes to spicy dishes or refined chocolates the "Hopfenweisse" unleashes no less than a pleasant tremor of the senses.

Pours golden-yellow with some brown undertones. Nice head that fades pretty quickly and I'm not getting much lacing. The smell has the typical hefe notes, but a definite sign of hops too. Should be interesting.
Ooh, this is a tasty beer. It has the refreshing characteristics of a hefe, but a more rounded taste. The hops aren't overpowering, but they are distinct. I was a bit worried the taste would be a battle between hops and hefe, but they play together very nicely.
Maybe it's just that this is hitting the spot, but man, I could drink this all night. Interesting and delicious; this is why we brew beer.

Disappointing 3. As it's difficult to get good dated beer in Australia this was 6 weeks beyond best before date

Not bad a bit more hoppy than I expected for a Weizenbock but interesting enough to enjoy. Gets a bit more herbal than I loved by the end of the bottle. I would probably pass on it and go with a regular Weizenbock but if you enjoy a hoppy beer you may enjoy it more.

Poured from a brown 16.9 oz. bottle. Has a dark golden/brownish color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of bananas, oranges. Taste is the same as the aroma, light hops and alcohol are present. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

This is another gem from my Cleveland trip last weekend. I’ve had a few beers from this brewery at this point, and there was a whole thread about this specific beer recently that I had never seen. Once I saw it in that Cleveland bottle shop, I knew I had to grab it. Let’s pop it open and see what it’s all about
Pours a cloudy orange gold with 3 fingers of dense off white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose here is a wonderful blend of traditional Hefeweizen notes and an almost Pilsner-like bitterness. I’m picking up on aromas od lemon zest, earthy hops, banana, dark bread, white pepper, wildflower honey, clovr, light orange zest, and grass
It’s pretty similar in taste, though maybe preferring the bitter notes a tad more. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon zest, crackery malt, earthy wheat, grassy hops, orange zest, banana, wildflower honey, and light white pepper. The swallow brings notes of lemon zest, black pepper, straw, earthy hops, wheat bread, banana, orange zest, light clove, and honey
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes a tad sticky but doesn’t ruin the drinkability
Oh man, this one is certainly unique. It’s a damn shame I don’t see it locally, I wanna get more

As known, any beer judgment based on memories, atmosphere, mood... I was in Germany in 2011 and tried different Weiss beers in Bavaria region and Austrian Alps. As soon as I opened this bottle the smell took be back into 2011. True Weiss, 8.2%, very smooth and has an Alpine schmecken, a bit of sediment. Absolutely love it.

Excellent German wheat, medium-full bodied, slight hoppiness, perfectly balanced. Great beer!!

This is one vibrant and eventful beer. Bursting with banana, clove, allspice et al. An unsuspecting bitterness analogous to ozone or an earthy fresh rain lingers on the palate on the finish.
Very interesting beer. Ill have to revisit this and take it all in on another occasion as its tough to form an opinion on this right now. I like it for the in your face snapshot of flavors but my appreciate it differently revisited.
Update - As I drink on im getting a lot of lemon in the form of dishsoap.

Masterpiece. Such an incredibly complex beer with layers of malty sweetness. The high ABV% is masked by the massive flavor profile and absurd drinkability.
