This is a beer that could be your friend all night long. Nice cloudy thick weisen. Good clove flavor, some banana, wheat, a little malt. Great beer.

Light and refreshing. Maybe a little too subtle for it's type but otherwise excellent

Poured a500ml can into a pint glass. A two finger white head on a cloudy dirty peach. The head soon diminishes to a thin layer.
A bready smell.
Cloves and banana taste. Minimal hops.
A light body and medium carbonation.
A light refreshing weizen.

0.5 L Can
Bottle Date: 21.022 => 2022-01-21
Consumed on: 2022-aug-12
Glass: 0.5L Weizen Vase (SchneiderWeisse)
Look:
Opaque golden yellow. I cannot see a thing through the thickest part of the glass and only vague shadows of my fingers at the bottom. Initial 3+ finger white creamy head dissipates to a thin but conistent creamy cover. Some lacing on the glass.
Smell:
Primarily banana with a healthy dose of cloves. Notes of apricot and some bubblegum and Ceylon cinnamon can be detected as well. Very nice.
Taste:
Cloves start things off and stay around through the entire sip, but they don't overpower. Banana, apricot and a touch of orange are right there. Bubblegum and cinnamon flirt in the background. Notes of wheat can be picked up, especially in the finish and aftertaste. All the flavors are superbly balanced.
Feel:
Smooth, soft, and creamy. Well carbonated. The body is medium with a lean to the light side.
Overall:
An excellent and refreshing Hefeweizen. One of the best Helles Hefeweizens that I have had. Great for a summer day. Schneider has done an excellent job with this one (which they typically do for any and all of their beers).
Sidenote: I prefer Hefeweizens that are more clove-forward or citrus-forward, hence my high ratings for this sample. :-)
