Had the pleasure of eating and drinking here while at a conference this last week. Quick review, nice place, great people, JT the bartender/manager was very good to work with. Told him I reviewed here and we chatted beer for a while. The next evening I had the fish and chips and got a growler of Brown to bring back home. Would definitely recommend. The growler fills were only twelve dollars, which came advance shock to me. All things being equal, a really nice place in a cool Log Cabin-like atmosphere, I'll certainly plan on returning soon' !!

I have been here 4 times. Food is amazing; gotta try the eggplant fries! Their chicken wings are also to die for. I've had the medium and the barbeque so far. Had my growlers filled 3 times, their seasonal extra stout is to die for, and their mild stout is good as well.

Living rather close to Adirondack Pub, I have found myself going here rather often. So I guess it's safe to say I don't hate the place, but rather enjoy it. Fairly easy to find, it's near downtown and off the main road. Parking sucks, so get there early if you plan on going for dinner or lunch. And although it looks like a rather big restaurant, it's rather small inside and very dark... so I tend to sit outside when the weather is nice.

Service isn't the best and is my least favorite part about this place. Twice now I had to ask to be seated even though a host saw me waiting up front. I've even had friends complain the hostess is rude and so is the bartender. On top of it, forget asking any beer related questions (even if it's about their beer) and it's terribly slow even when there aren't that many people there. So don't go there if service is a big issue for you.

The food is your typical pub food with a touristy twist. Really heavy and greasy, but good. If you plan on going, get the burgers. The beers are decent as well. Nothing amazing, but sessionable and a nice rotating tap menu. Some are flat out bad, but I don't feel like they are trying to attract beer geeks, just thirsty tourist. Also, don't get growlers to go, because every time I tried to get one, they are flat by the end of the night- they don't do it right even if you tell them how to do it correctly. And as for the overall pricing- it's not too bad. It's not cheap, but for a tourist area, you won't do much better.

Overall, if you're in the area it's a nice stop. Don't have high expectations and you won't be disappointed. Like I said, it seems like they are reaching out to the tourists more then anything.

Stopped by June 24 in the afternoon before going to our campsite.

The bar area inside seemed a bit cramped but there were tables here and there. A small gift shop selling some souvenirs as well as a fridge with there beers in bottles and growlers. The whole place has a lodge/log cabin feel. The place wasn't really full but we still elected to enjoy ourselves on the patio which is fairly big.

Lots of choices beer-wise with 11 choices. They were out of only 3 beers. The food was quite good and the prices were affordable. The beer i has was average but my wife's scotch ale was better. Very kid friendly with menus and things to draw for them.

We'll be coming back here the next time we come camping.

A nice place just down pass the center of town.
Seems like we're there early for lunch after coming down from Lake Placid.
The beer is pretty good Bear nake ale being thier flagship brew, I myself like the beaver tail brown ale. They have growlers so you can get some to go.There is alot of good brewpubs in the 'dacks so it makes for a clinky ride up there with about five growlers tossed in the back of the minivan.
Good burgers and the hop vines give the outdoor patio a nice touch.
Interior done up like the adirondacks.
