appearance: Pony Malta had the appearance of any malt beverage or low alcohol beer. I did not notice many bubbles.

smell: Pony Malta had no aroma.

taste: Pony Malta had a sweet taste compared to many low alcohol beers. The taste was a mix between sugar and malts.

mouthfeel: Pony Malta had good carbonation in the beginning. Pony Malta lost carbonation quickly.

overall: Pony Malta tasted like a combination between low alcohol beer and a soft drink. Pony Malta tasted much sweeter than most low alcohol beers. Pony Malta could be considered closer to a soft drink than to a low alcohol beer.

Bottle purchased for $2.19 USD in Highland Park, CA/USA. (655 characters)

Poured from a brown 330ml bottle. Has a very dark brown color with a small head. Smell is of molasses and caramel. Taste is sweet, syrupy molasses and sugars. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is probably the best low alcohol "beer" that I have had. (260 characters)

look: 2.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 3 | feel: 2 | overall: 2.5

Poured from a 330ml. bottle.

Appearance: Pours & looks like a cola. 2-3 fingers worth of head that bubble and disappear.

Smell: Strong molasses, sugar, caramel and nuts.

Taste: Cola-ish a bit with molasses cookies and gingerbread. Sweet.

Mouthfeel: Not too much feel. Watery and short lived.

Overall: Nice smell, average taste but the rest is forgettable. Better malt options. (391 characters)
