The prices here are slightly higher than Total Wine & More just a couple miles south on Naamans. The selection is more limited, although the lesser beer foot traffic means that they will have some rare DFH or Troegs beers that tend to get sold out at TWM. Another added benefit of them not being as knowledgable about beer is that sometimes the prices are mislabeled to the consumers benefit, such as Nugget Nectar being priced the same as other Troegs normal offerings. It'd stopby only if I had time and it was on the way, but it is definitely not worth the trip like TWM is.

Great service with superb selection and very conveniently located. Now they have very knowledgeable beer personal for any question regarding beer. There is always an ample stock of all type of beer, wine and spirits. Well stock well chilled at 32* temp. beer. recently I have found a xtrimly good selection of mix, they even have old(vintage) Sam Adam Utopia in stock. Go shop there and check it out for yourself. I did not find one negative about this place...seriously.
The place has been renovated with new floor, counter, paint and it is very comfortable to shop without any pressure.
They even offer discount on 3 bottle of wine. Also noticed lots of beer sale during holidays.

The last time I was here it was unimpressive, not much has changed. The majority of the store is wine, with one wall dedicated to beer. They have the usual crafts- DFH, stone, troegs, chimay, victory. The problem is there is just not a whole lot else. They have no singles section(except a few bombers). Most of the beer is in the coolers except for some bombers and a few warm cases. IMO it is better to go up to Total Wine. The prices at F&N are a bit higher and I only saw a few beers that were available at F&N that were not at Total Wine.

Quality seemed fine, little dust and appropriate seasonals. No issue with the bottle I purchased and drank.
Service was pretty much non-existent. Only interaction was at the cash register.
Selection was OK, but nothing really special. Other reviewers have noted a large DFH option and Chimay, but I didn't really see that big of a DFH offering, and the Chimay was missing in action when I stopped in. May have been out that day, but....
Overall, not very impressed. I had just come from Total Wine, and would suggest driving the extra couple of miles up the road.

F & N Wine just happens to be in the F & N Shopping Center, which makes it easy to find. It's not really a large store, but it's not that small either. They have a pretty good selection of wine for a store of its size, but their wines are marked up too high (we're talking about a few dollars on some items), and with a Total Wines and More right down the street I think that's just insane. Someone must be buying here though - kind of like the lady I saw asking for a wine that "was good for cooking and drinking... mostly for drinking". Obviously, educated shoppers peruse this store. Anyway, they have 5 cooler doors with mixed craft brews and imports. Mostly mainstream stuff. Some slightly interesting stuff. And there are two shelves with 750's that include mainly Chimay and Dogfish Head. (I did pick up a bottle of DFH's Zwaneed, or whatever it's called, and their new Asian-type thingy for $9 a piece). So, as previously suggested, since there's almost nothing else nearby, this might be the place to stop - although I think Total Wine & More just down the street is probably a better bet.

Of the handfull of similar places I checked out in Wilmington, De, this place had the most respectable selection, so support them if you can! Typical De. wine/beer place. Beer is found towards the rear. Decent selection of cases and sixers. DFH, chimay. Magic Hat, Allagash, and fair selection of other worthwhile stuff. Bigger place, more selectioon then others in the area, plus a friendly person up front, allways a plus. This will not blow a seasoned BA away, but you will be able to find some worthwhile beer in this establishment.
