A light pilsener. Easily drinkable. Very short dry finish. A very straightgorward, above average german pilsener. Would be good on a hot summer day.

Bottle or can in Germany. Above average German pilsener. I kind of like it, though I’m not ecstatic. Easily drinkable.

Appearance very light straw coloured beer, nice one and a half finger head. Aroma of grains and slightly herbal. Taste, a mild to medium hop extract taste which dies slightly but mild and pleasant bitterness stays throughout. Very light on the palate, easy to drink but a bit thin and slightly pungent. Pleasant enough beer though. Could down several quickly but not the best German pils.

Reviewed from notes taken in Amsterdam in Summer 2012:
33cl green glass bottle served into a tulip.
HEAD: 2 fingers worth of head. A bit thin and weak. Not real creamy or soft in appearance. Retention is average.
BODY: Clear yellow. Obviously filtered.
AROMA: Lemon esters. Muted 2-row barley. Helles malts. A hint of biscuit, actually.
Aromatic intensity is moderate.
TASTE: Lemon/citrus esters...odd for lager yeast. Has a biscuity stale malt backbone. I get 2-row barley and generic helles malt.
Fairly complex for a pilsner, but far from well-built.
TEXTURE: Smooth and wet. Too thick for a pilsner. Not as delicate/fragile, light-bodied, or refreshing as it ought to be.
Doesn't complement the taste particularly well, accentuate specific flavours, or elevate the beer as a whole.
OVERALL: Not very drinkable given its subpar quality and mundane flavour. Fairly priced to its credit, and its ABV isn't noticeable, but it needs a lot of work to compete with the best expressions of the style - particularly those from its country of origin. I guess this is more for the export market anyway?

Fast-fleeing white over champagne blonde. 3.75
Sour pils grain, sweet dough, and grass. 3.75
Crackers, hit of tartness, slight rubber and pear, big bite of hay hops with some flowers. 3.25
Light, fizzy, slightly watery. 3.5
MVP pils - hops are right but the body is thin and limp. Some signs of rushed fermentation, too. Supermarket fodder. 3.5

Pours a bright golden color with a spongy, soon receeding head.
Smells of sun bathed hay, toffee and a herbal hop note.
Has a medium carbonation, very light body and a watery mouthfeel throughout.
More hops than on the nose upfront, toned down by hay, straw and toffee malts, producing a sweeter turning beer. Finishes watery, metallic with some prevailing malts and a hint of straw.
Too thin to convince. This is borderline Kölsch, its wasting a lot of potential. The hops could produce a satisfying crispness, if only they would use more.

Had on-tap in Frankfurt, Germany. Poured into a small stein.
L: Pouts a clear golden color with moderate white head. Mild retention.
S: Grains and malts. Clean.
T/F: Malt forward and semi-sweet. Mostly clean... a little grass/hay. A little hops at the finish but not strong. On the fizzy side.
O: A solid if unspectacular German macro pilsener. Easy to drink and good with a meal. Wouldn't seek it out but it'll do in a pinch.

Now a days you can get this beer at any supermarket in Costa Rica, is a really non-expensive beer for being an import. I have tried this beer many times and it didn´t impress me much, but recently I had a couple and I thought It was pretty decent.
