Pours a kind of generic clear yellow with almost no visible rising bubbles, and a weird kind of scummy head that has decent size and a bit of lacing.
Smell - honeyish and biscuity malts, slight sour sweetness, some grassiness from the hops.
The flavor is pleasing, if generic. It's just fine for quenching one's thirst at the end of a workday. Honey, biscuit, a slight round bittering of hops, and a pleasantly crisp bit of sweetness in the finish.
Mouthfeel is crisp, lush enough to satisfy, without any skunkiness.
Not bad, really. It would never beat something like Sam Smith's Organic Lager, or Rogue's Uber Pils. But it's a good lawnmower beer that's better than the macros.
