Spotted this along with the Dunkel at Trackside Liquor store in Medicine Hat. Looks like this brewery is new to North America given the limited number of reviews.
Pale straw colour, classic cloudy look. Soft, bone white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Very nice Weizen aroma. Sweet bubble gum and banana.
Crisp start from the bottle conditioning, with a nice touch of citrus. Flattens out into watery nothingness for a brief instant before the bubble gum/banana flavours kick in along with that classic clove spiciness.
Maybe not in the same league as Weihenstephaner in the mouthfeel department, but still quite nice
A fine example of the style and one I'll be revisiting once the summer heat arrives.

500ml swing-top bottle, another of the newish Austrian wheat beers available in Alberta.
This beer pours a cloudy, somewhat glowing, pale golden hue, with a rising column of tight fizzy, somewhat creamy off-white head, which slowly settles, to expose some thick swaths of splotchy lace around the glass.
It smells of smushed bananas, white pepper, clove, and a nice, softly sweet, wheaty malt. The taste is zippy, tart grainy wheat, a bit of candy hearts semi-sweetness, some edgy, acidic citrus fruitiness, a lingering note of under-ripe banana, and some waning, muddled pepper/clove spiciness.
The carbonation is softly stern, but nowhere near forbidding, the body fairly light in weight, bordering on thin at times, with a warm spiciness that lifts things a tad beyond their actual means. It finishes rather dry, the graininess petering out, leaving us with the lingering fruit and spice, whose predilection at this point is quite clear.
A nice enough hefe, enjoyable old-world flavours, with the obvious caveat of not expecting any sort of weight behind this tipple. Nor is it all that 'bright', considering the German 'helle' classification. Worth a gamble, in the end.

A: Hazy, dirty straw; white head, good retention & lace.
S: Nice balance of banana & cloves, with a hint of lemon.
T: Banana & clove are more subtle in the flavour, plenty of citrus. Great summer sipper (not really the time right now).
M: Light to moderate body has a slight acidity with a very crisp finish.
O: An easy drinker that's firing on all cylinders, though not overly exciting.

330ml bottle poured pint glass 25/9/12
A hazy yellowish orange with lots of haze and even a few chunks of yeast caught up in the thumbs width of foam, it falls fast and leaves little lace
S lots of banana bread with some faint spice, lemon, bubblegum and cereal, its simple but very strong and there's some dried banana chips in the bread once it warms, smells great
T smells well ahead of the flavor, everything's toned down in the mouth or not there at all, more cereals then anything and the great yeasty banana bread on the nose is hard to find in the mouth. decent flavor but when compared too the nose it's lacking
M has some body too it and the bubbles stay creamy stopping short of foam, smooth on the way down with more flavor on the finish then in the mouth, slightly sticky
O pretty solid version of the style, after looking at it I expected very little and after the smell I had very high hopes, everything met somewhere in the middle, very drinkable
I could have another but its too bad the simple but sexy nose couldn't quite follow through in the flavor, please don't get me wrong solid stuff and its bringing up the average of my Beer Advent Calendar it came in
