Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Pale amber and quite cloudy which makes it appear a hazy yellow. Pours with a good looking 1Cm creamy white head of super-fine bubbles.
S- Typical weizen notes.
T- First sip of beer today. Clearly weizen notes here, but a slight difference is that vs a typical Bavarian weizen the flavour seems a bit bright/hoppier. I also had a fleeting hint of sour on the first sip, not not thereafter.
F- 5.0% might be a bit light for a beer with a bold weizen aspect as here. Reason being that the body risks feeling relatively under-powered. I think that might be happening here. CO2 in the glass remains good.
O- It's a unmistakenly a weizen. This one might work best in summer when the palate craves refreshment vs too much body/feel. Pleasant, but comes over as a bit underpowered, so not one I'd buy again.
Review1952/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed!

This beer pours a translucent straw colour with a nickel sized white head that goes away fairly quickly. I get the banana, cloves and slightly gummy nose. A lot of the same flavours come through in the mouth with a light carbonation. A fairly well balanced beer. Could definitely see myself drinking a few of these in the summer heat.

A: Hazy, dirty straw; white head, good retention & lace.

S: Nice balance of banana & cloves, with a hint of lemon.

T: Banana & clove are more subtle in the flavour, plenty of citrus. Great summer sipper (not really the time right now).

M: Light to moderate body has a slight acidity with a very crisp finish.

O: An easy drinker that's firing on all cylinders, though not overly exciting.

330ml bottle poured pint glass 25/9/12

A hazy yellowish orange with lots of haze and even a few chunks of yeast caught up in the thumbs width of foam, it falls fast and leaves little lace

S lots of banana bread with some faint spice, lemon, bubblegum and cereal, its simple but very strong and there's some dried banana chips in the bread once it warms, smells great

T smells well ahead of the flavor, everything's toned down in the mouth or not there at all, more cereals then anything and the great yeasty banana bread on the nose is hard to find in the mouth. decent flavor but when compared too the nose it's lacking

M has some body too it and the bubbles stay creamy stopping short of foam, smooth on the way down with more flavor on the finish then in the mouth, slightly sticky

O pretty solid version of the style, after looking at it I expected very little and after the smell I had very high hopes, everything met somewhere in the middle, very drinkable

I could have another but its too bad the simple but sexy nose couldn't quite follow through in the flavor, please don't get me wrong solid stuff and its bringing up the average of my Beer Advent Calendar it came in
