A. Reddish amber appearance with a one finger, fast breaking white head.
S. No doubt about it - this is a spiced beer. Some type of mint - maybe peppermint or spearmint comes to mind. Some cinnamon and clove are also in there for good measure.
T. Mint flavors dominate with plenty of sweetness from the malt bill. Some lingering baking spice and the slightest amount of bitterness are present on the finish.
M. Medium bodied but quite lacking in carbonation.
O. If the carbonation level was amped up a bit more, I would find this much more to my liking. I can understand why people clammer for this beer - it is easy drinking and is likely something casual beer drinkers would enjoy. Personally, a couple of these each Christmas Season is plenty for me.
